Yoshiko's grandmother would be a hundred and thirty years old today. I'm glad we can say congratulations on this Earth to her, and at least mimic a happy birthday gala, or wish her one from the Earth.

I do a lot of wondering these days about how spiritual world interacts or not with us on Earth. One thought that came to me yesterday was the power of invitation. Without an invitation, spirit world does not come down. Does not intervene. Does not do anything either to prevent us or to oil our individual way.

When we weigh ideas and choices; when we whisper wishes and hopes; when we chew on possibilities and expectations;  and then pray with a matching fervor; at such appeals, the spirit world seeks for us a way to assist, to move rivers, to light caves, to do everything except chop wood. We have to chop the wood. They grow the trees.

I wonder, then, two things: How to attract their attentiveness to my need? And how do they contribute from the other world? 

What allows them to interact with the physical world, you know, with the atmosphere -- I mean the spiritual atmosphere of the Earth is rather dark, heavy, thick. It's like gravity soup for a spiritual being. Lethargic legs they might get when popping down to Earth for a visit.

Our vibration on Earth is deliberately slow. Earthy. Sanguine. Rubbery. While the vibration of heaven is lubricated, flexible, malleable and effervescent, like a water slide; no stopping.

My thoughts ponder on the interactive nature. The way forward for spiritual people, my friends, my family members, others with whom I have an affinity on the other side, how do I set the table for them, invite them over to enrich my world, as well as, hopefully, let them be enriched by mine?

Invitation. Atmosphere. Environment. Consistency. The spiritual atmosphere of my environment must be high -- consistently. This allows spiritual world to advance their communication with me, as I pray, meditate, keep pure, cleanse my soul, cry, and remain spiritually vigilant to make the union with them easier.

 Shouldn't we create heaven on Earth by preparing our Earth for heaven? 

Though I didn't mention the key ingredient: Love. It goes without saying that love is the lubricating oil for all this gear movement. Sending love to gramma!
