Co-union-ability not co-opt-ability.
It's not one or the other. It can't be either earth or heaven.
We, I mean, I (I can only speak for my self) try so hard to be spiritually tuned into heaven, but this rascally nature called the physical world never forgets to remind me of its co-union-ability. I could say co-opt-ability, but my goal is not one or the other but the union the two.
Coffee pouring (definitely a physicality) is now officially part of my 21 minute RT, as I take time to pour and drink without pausing the clock.
My reason to Be is that very union between my pen, ink and paper, and the thoughts of heaven.
I will get a word, or a group of words, that often I don't have enough time to write down. The transferability of them from mind to ink is the disconnect of "one or the other."
Then again, the words may flow right out, as in stream-of-consciousness-writing. Streaming live, the channel is; unless recorded, it's gone, as soon as it passes.
One or the other.
My memory can be improved. Some program must exist to teach me how to improve my memory. I realize, I have selective memory. It could be this RAM-drive mind of mine is just too full.
I want to remember more expressive and descriptive words. My vocabulary needs to increase. As I write daily, I need to find a flawless way to keep "the other" united with the "one."
Heaven in my ink. Love in my pen. Truth on my paper.
Happiness in my surroundings. Peace in my home. Joy in my family.
Smiles on my wife. Health in my body. Holiness in my spirit.
All of them having breakfast at the table is heaven on earth; well, at least at home. I love my family, growing as it is.

Highly Trained by my wife
Back in '82, I married into another country, another race, another language and culture, another way of doing things, simple things, like organizing kitchen shelves, tying shoes, shopping for bread, all different... when I married my beloved from Japan, Yoshi.
We were introduced by our favorite pastor but could not be more opposite, except our birth dates which shoulder each other. Our marriage turned out to be a blessing. I'm a pastor, an uncle, and a grandpa. Stick around, you might learn something from our boiling marriage stew.
