One notch above believing.
Belief moves mountains. Belief is stronger than ideology. If you believe something, you can make it feel real.
Generally, belief is based upon some concrete evidence or factual explanation, but it could be based upon misinterpreted words. Even a misheard word can change the meaning of a dialogue.
This is why a belief has to walk around the block a few times to validate its identity in the calm of the day. Does the belief show itself to others? That's a good type of walk-through reality. If no one else sees it, then either I'm seeing something they can't, or my explanation for it is not understood, or I'm pressing straws, empty straws; it doesn't hold up. It's not a belief anymore, but a fragment of hope.
I will build a website to discuss Christian beliefs that don't hold water. Christian cups that are cracked and empty inside. Maybe it's new evidence that's arrived, or an explanation that removes the feathers and stuffing in the box holding the belief, and finding it's no longer even there.
I'm going to be respectful, for I come from the Christian faith. I'm a Christian by origin. I'm a Unificationist now. In the process of discussion, you will see that I love Jesus more than any Christian, and I can prove it. Though it's not a contest. Jesus may love you more, nevertheless.
I believe (my belief) that beliefs must become knowing. When your mom walks into the room, do you believe that's your mom? Or do you know? That's all I'm about. Knowing the truth, for knowing is deeper than believing.

Highly Trained by my wife
Back in '82, I married into another country, another race, another language and culture, another way of doing things, simple things, like organizing kitchen shelves, tying shoes, shopping for bread, all different... when I married my beloved from Japan, Yoshi.
We were introduced by our favorite pastor but could not be more opposite, except our birth dates which shoulder each other. Our marriage turned out to be a blessing. I'm a pastor, an uncle, and a grandpa. Stick around, you might learn something from our boiling marriage stew.
